Please read the details of the product closely to see if you are eligible to purchase it.
Q. What is your standard delivery time?
A. Standard delivery timeframes are 4 - 7 working days (subject to stock availability). If your order (or a component of your order) will take longer to fulfill, a member of our sales team will contact you with revised delivery information. If your order is going to a rural delivery address, please allow for an extra few days for this to be delivered.
Q. What happens if I want to cancel my order?
A. Of course we understand that sometimes you change your mind, so your order can be cancelled at anytime (before opening/using goods). However, if you have paid by credit card there will be a cancellation fee of $10 as it still costs us the transaction to do this.
