Cyclone is very well equipped to honour the manufacturer's warranty for every product offered on this site. We employ more than a dozen specialist hardware technicians and have been running a dedicated RA (returns authorisation) facility for many years.
As the various products offered on this site are manufactured by different organisations, the terms and duration of the warranty vary by product.

Through the experience of selling a large volume of notebook computers from various manufacturers each year, we have found Lenovo's products to be the most robust and reliable. Lenovo's global helpdesk runs 24/7 and is the first port of call for any notebook related issues. A large number of fault calls are able to be resolved right away over the phone. If the call centre analyst determines that the unit needs service, then the analyst will initiate the Three year Express Pickup, Repair and Delivery process. The ThinkPads will be collected from you and sent to our repair centres in Auckland or Christchurch for any major fix. If the issue is a Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) like a keyboard, memory DIMM, optical drive etc these will be couriered to the customer to replace themselves and the broken part can be returned to Lenovo in an enclosed return courier bag.
Please note that Lenovo (like most other notebook manufacturers) consider the notebook battery a consumable item and as such batteries only have a 1 year warranty.
