Payment and Delivery Options
Once we receive your order, then we will contact you within four working hours in order to confirm receipt of your order, advise the stock availability, and set an estimated time of delivery. Your order will be despatched within 3-4 days on accessories or software and 5-7 days on notebook computers (subject to stock availablility). If your order is going to a rural delivery address, please allow for an extra 2-3 days for this to be delivered. We do not ship orders outside of New Zealand.

Credit Card
Lapshop.co.nz utilises a secure payment gateway for Visa and MasterCard credit card payments which is endorsed by our bank, The ASB Bank. Your credit card details are not kept on file by lapshop.co.nz, Cyclone Computer Company Ltd, or any other affiliated parties.
Internet Direct Credit
This is our preferred method of payment. If you select 'Internet Direct Credit' as the payment option, then you will be prompted with details of our bank account information and a reference number for you to add to the payment information. You are then able to use your own online banking facility to make the payment right away. Once we have confirmed receipt of the payment (usually next business day) then we can process your order immediately.
Cheque in Advance
If you select 'Cheque in advance' as the payment option, please forward a cheque to Lapshop, C/- Cyclone Computers, PO Box 33-113, Christchurch. Please include a copy of your order confirmation. We will despatch your order once we have received your cheque and the payment has cleared.
Finance
Cyclone Computers has teamed up with Gilrose Finance to offer staff and students a finance option to assist with the purchase of their notebook and associated equipment. If you choose to finance, once you have completed your purchase through our Checkout page, you will be taken to a Finance Application page where you can apply for finance on-line; you should have a response within the hour. Please note that the minimum amount you can finance is $500, if you have no work experience and/or you are under 21 years of age Gilrose may ask for a guarantor and you may be required to take out insurance on your laptop if you do not already have home and contents insurance.

If you select to collect your order from one of these options, then we will contact you as soon as your order is ready and you may come between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Despatched to your address by courier
As you complete your order and select this option, you will be asked for a delivery address that a courier is able to attend (note that this must be a physical address and not a PO Box). Once you have keyed the address, then our online freight calculator will add the appropriate freight charge
before the order is finalised.
Indicative charges
As a rough guide, freight charges nationwide are $5 for software and $15 for notebooks.
