Acceptance of terms and conditions
The terms and conditions are the terms on which Cyclone Computer Company Ltd offers you access to the products and services and the web site. By placing an order with us you automatically agree to our terms and conditions. Please read the following carefully.. Your continued use of the services represents your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

Our online order form is a secure order form. All details are encrypted until they reach us.

Your personal and credit card details are required when you order so we can process and ship your purchases to you as quickly as possible. When the order is transmitted your details are encrypted - your personal information is immediately isolated on a secure server SSL (Secure Socket Layer) not accessible from the internet.

No International Orders
Lapshop's product and pricing is structured for New Zealand students only, because of licensing restrictions and the forever increasing risk of fraudulent electronic transactions, Lapshop is unable to process international orders.

Returns

We will always go out of our way to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases and we will always try to remedy issues. However we are not obliged to refund if the buyer simply changes their mind or no longer requires the goods after taking delivery. Where Goods may be returned for a refund in some cases delivery charges may not be refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: As a result of copyright laws a refund or exchange is only available for software purchases if the product is defective. Software purchases are still guaranteed under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Lapshop. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, Lapshop has the right to decide whether to offer a repair, replacement or a refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
